The Sharing Education and Learning for Life (SELL) Programme Ghana conducted its first Mentoring Training for selected volunteer facilitators in the Damongo zone.
It took place at the Unity Centre in the Savannah Region, March 25-27.

The purpose of the training was to further explore the vision and mission of the SELL Programme and to build their capacity as they take up the role of support persons who could be assigned to go into different communities to support other volunteers in their facilitation work.
Trainee mentors were taken through processes of reflecting on their individual and group vision and mission as a zone and how they fit into the bigger vision and mission of the SELL Programme Ghana.

They also explored the roles and skills of a mentor.
Twelve (12) young adults were trained.
